Where are your sunglasses made?
All of our sunglasses are designed and produced in Cadore, Veneto, Italy.
 
What type of lenses do you use?
All of our lenses are made of high-quality polycarbonate. They offer 100% UV protection. Our lenses are all category 3, which ensures UV protection and sun glare reduction, as well as a clear view in most light conditions.
 
All of our mirrored lenses have REVO treatment, which optimizes the diffusion of the light that goes through the lenses.
 
What material do you use for your sunglasses?
The material used for the plastic part of our sunglasses is TR90, polyamide 12, which ensures optimal lightness and resistance. This injection technology allows our sunglasses to be flexible, light, and strong at the same time.

 

ORDER CHANGES & ISSUES

How can I make changes to after I have submitted my order?

We are committed to processing and fulfilling orders as quickly as possible, so it is not always possible to make changes after your order has been submitted. If you need to change any detail of your order, please email info@rockseyewear.com and we will try to make changes if possible.

In the case that your package is sent to the wrong address, you might need to contact your local postal service to have it delivered to the correct address.

I never received an order confirmation email. What do I do?

If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact us at info@rockseyewear.com and we will resend your order confirmation.

I have an issue with my item. What do I do?

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us with details at info@rockseyewear.com.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

I never received a shipping confirmation email. What do I do?

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@rockseyewear.com and we will resend your order confirmation.

In the case that your package is sent to the wrong address, you might need to contact your local postal service to have it delivered to the correct address.

How much is shipping?

  • 7 Day Shipping is free
  • 2 Day Shipping is $5 per order
  • 1 Day Shipping is $10 per order

Currently, we only offer fulfillment by Amazon, so look out for a package from Amazon after you receive a shipping confirmation email.

When will I receive my item?

Orders take about 1-2 business days to process and ship. Once your order has been shipped, it make take from 5-10 business days to arrive. 

How do I return my item?

Returns are only accepted 15 days after the delivery date. All returns must be returned unworn with the original box and pouch included. The shipping cost for returns are not included.

PHOTO & COLORS

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products on our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, screen, computer settings, etc., we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
